Baku – APA. Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has issued an executive order to confer the title of “Honorary lawyer†on chairman of Sumgayit Court of Appeals Ikram Karimov, APA reports. The title has been conferred on Ikram Karimov for his merits in the judicial system of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
