Azerigaz issues statement on Altiagaj-Aghsu main gas pipeline accident

Baku – APA. Azerigaz Company issued a statement on an accident occurred in Altiagaj-Aghsu main gas pipeline. The company’s public relations department told APA that the leaking of the Altiagaj-Aghsu main gas pipeline at 22.50 yesterday caused a fire. The fire was extinguished. As a result of accident, the gas supply was suspended to Altiagaj settlement of Khizi region. Currently the gas is being supplying with an alternative main gas pipeline. Altiagaj settlement gas supply will be cut off till the completion of the reconstruction work. There is no problem in gas supply in the other settlements of the republic.
