Incident took place near Gizmeydan village in the border of Shamakhi and Gobustan regions. Flames on the gas pipeline are higher than 150 meters and visible from neighbor districts.
The incident happened as a result of gas leakage. Blast on gas pipeline was heard in Gobustan, Aghsu, Ä°smayilli, Guba and Siyasan regions. Flames also are visible from these regions as well. There are also forest fire dangers as a blast occurred near forest.
The incident took place in mountainous region that made reaching vehicles to the area difficult.
