The incident was recorded in a forest strip in the region’s Chalburun village. Local resident Jafargulu Guliyev, 20, hanged himself. Reason of the suicide is unknown, but the deceased was reported mentally ill.
The criminal case was launched into the fact by Gadabay Region Prosecutor’s Office, the investigation is underway.
