APA bureau in Karabakh region reports that the woman beat and then strangled her daughter, who was first grade pupil, because she didn’t do her lessons.
Police told APA that nine years ago Parvana Karimova killed her four-month son too. She was brought to justice, but then was sent to the psycho-neurological hospital for treatment.
She was hospitalized this time too after killing her daughter.
The regional prosecutor launched criminal investigation.
