Spokesperson for the General Prosecutor’s Office Eldar Sultanov told APA that the investigation was launched under Article 162.2 (violation of labor security rules) of the Criminal Code.
The explosion took place at about 09.30 on Wednesday in the meat-processing manufactory located at the Aga Nematulla Street in Narimanov district of Baku. Three were killed and one injured. The explosion was caused by the gas leakage.
