APA reports with reference to the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs the incident took place on July 31 in the territory of Sumgayit-based Hayat Company. Owner of the company Kamil Abbasov disputed with chairman of the stability and development center, resident of Baku Rasim Mammadov, who was his debtor. They threatened each other with gun. Abbasov beat Mammadov and damaged his Toyota Lexus.
As a result of operational searches conducted by Sumgayit police, Abbasov and Mammadov were arrested. Police confiscated Abbasov’s Winchester gun and pneumatic pistol and Mammadov’s pneumatic pistol.
