Embassy: The Afghan side handed over to the Azerbaijani members of the commission the photo of the flight recorder of the plane

He said the members of the commission are investigating whether the flight recorder in the photo belongs to the crashed Azerbaijani plane. The Afghan side claims that the photo was taken at the site, where the Azerbaijani plane crashed.
â€œBut it needs to be specified. The arrival of the commission members at the site will depend on the conditions created by the International Security Assistance Forces (ISAF),â€ he said.

According to the diplomat, Azerbaijani members of the commission regularly contacts ISAF representatives and representatives of the Afghan government.
â€œBut the international forces and Afghan officials say it is impossible to visit the site as the crash site is dangerous,â€ he said.

Chingiz Garibli said the crash site is formally considered to be under the control of ISAF and Afghan government.
