Crime investigator of Imishli region Prosecutor’s Office Elshad Azimov told APA’s Mil-Mughan bureau.
According to the information, the incident was recorded on July 16 at 19.40. Resident of Imishli region’s Gulubeyli village, Aliyev Hanifa Barat, born in 1948, killed his home-folk Nagiyev Mirnahid Galib, born in 1995, with a fire-arm prepared by rule of thumb. Though Nagiyev was delivered to the Imishli Region Hospital, it was impossible to save him. Nagiyev died because of wound in the head.
The murder took place near the artificial lake considered for fishing. The motive of the murder is not known to the investigation. Hanifa Aliyev was arrested.
The criminal case has been by Imishli Region Prosecutor’s Office, the investigation is underway.
