Attorney Generalâ€™s Office of Azerbaijan begins an investigation into the violations of law during the construction of schools

Soltanov noted that, in connection with the implementation of the presidential decree concerning the development of education, construction secondary schools that meets standards, renovation of old schools, carried out extensive works. .

Recently, within the framework the fund allocated to the socio-economic development of Baku and suburban built new schools, repaired the old school. Unfortunately, there were law violations during the construction and repair of schools. In particular, it was reported that construction was in violation of the standards and norms.

On behalf of the President of the Republic Prosecutorâ€™s Office launched an investigation into such facts. In the course initiated by the staff of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutorâ€™s Office under the Ministry of Finance and a joint investigation revealed significant irregularities in the construction of the school district and N123 of Khazar, school N85 Surakhani district.
Sultanov said that the investigation continues.
