APA reports that Nikoil" Investment Commerce Bank (ICB) appealed to Binagadi District Court and demanded the payment of a debt on loan agreement (as well as transform of withheld amount to mortgage property) from “ISR Travel†LLC and Rauf Khalilov.
The first judicial instance has not dully ensured the claim. For this reason, “Nikoil†ICB appealed to the Baku appellate court.
Along with “ISR Travel†LLC and Rauf Khalilov, Nikoil Bank’s court claim shows the name of certain Rufat Hajiyev as a defendant.
Rauf Khalilov is a son of famous businessman Isgandar Khalilov. “ISR Travel†LLC is a tourist company which is included to “ISR Holding†owned by Isgandar Khalilov.
