A group of armed persons attacked Azercellâ€™s employees and took a lot of money

Employees of â€œAzercellâ€ Namig Huseynov and Bayram Bayramov went out of the companyâ€™s office in Narimanov district and moved on the way to Ataturk Avenue by their â€œVAZ-2107â€ car. They had AZN 34,000 with themselves. According to the information, they were bearing that money to the bank.

While stopping in the red light of the traffic light, some unknown persons got out of the car and attacked Huseynov and Bayramov with pistol. Besides pistol, the bandits also had gas balloon and cold gun. The unknown persons injured Huseynov and Bayramov with a cutting tool, took their money and run away from the site.

The investigative group has been established by the employees of Narimanov District Police Office. The police are continuing the measures for their detention.

The criminal case has been launched on the fact by Narimanov District Police Office on the Criminal Codeâ€™s article â„–181.2.1 (Burglary - preliminary arrangement by group of persons) and â„–181.2.5 (with application of weapon or subjects used as the weapon).
