He said that the team working at the site found the remains of the plane and 8 deceased. It was impossible to hold identification of the remains. Garibli said that the expertise could be appointed for this purpose: “the holding of the expertise and when the remains will be sent will by solved by the commission which will come to the site tomorrow”.

Note that, the Azerbaijani members of commission for investigation of accident have arrived in Bagram Airport at 06:30, today. The chairman of commission from Azerbaijani side is AZAL vice-president Ilham Amirov. The plane implementing the flight on Baku-Bagram route with 18 tons of cargo took off from Heydar Aliyev International Airport at 21.26 (local time of Baku), on July 5, 2011. Before this flight the plane flied on Kuwait-Baku route and no disorder was recorded during this flight. Note that, while preparing to land in Bagram airport, the communication with IL-76 4K-AZ 55 belonging to Azerbaijan’s Silk Way aviation company suddenly broke off and its view disappeared in radars at about 00.10, on July 6, 2011. As a result of the accident, all 9 members of the crew team died. 5 of them are citizens of Azerbaijan, 4 – Uzbekistan.
