Baku Court of Grave Crimes told APA that the preliminary hearing will be held on July 8. Judge Eldar Ismayilov will preside over the hearing.
The accused persons were detained on January 7.
Later they faced charges under articles 28, 214.2.1 (preparation for terrorist attack by a group of persons, organized gang), 28, 214.2.3 (preparation for terrorist attack using firearms), 228.3 (Illegal purchase, transfer, selling, storage, transportation or carrying of fire-arms, accessories to it, supplies (except for the smooth-bore hunting weapon and ammunition to it), explosives), 278 (violent capture power or violent deduction power) of the Criminal Code.
