Maybe, the president will include some persons in the list. It belongs to his authority. Perhaps, decree of pardon will be signed either today or tomorrowâ€, Pardon Commission member, MP Elmira Akhundova told journalists, APA reports.
â€œIt will be one of the mass pardonsâ€, she said.

To her, among the names of pardoned will be those, who committed domestic violence, who violated traffic rules, those who violated Code of Administrative Offences: â€œWe donâ€™t usually see names of women in the decrees of pardon, because women commit more grave crimes. This time names of 4 women have been included in the list of pardonâ€.

MP said that the list also comprised names of foreign citizens. They will leave Azerbaijan after the release.
