5 friends steal 22 tons of reinforcing steels from PS in Khizi

Khizi. Konul Abdullayeva â€“ APA. 5 persons who have stolen reinforcing steels from the wind power station of â€œCaspian Technologyâ€ Company in Yeni Yashma district of Khizi region, were detained by police officers.

APAâ€™s North bureau reports that according to evidence of detainees - Rafael Isgandarov, Khalig Gadirli, Atesh Allahverdiyev, Yaver Mammadoav and Seymur Guliyevâ€™s to the police, they have stolen metal products from that stationâ€™s warehouse when they worked there. First theft was committed on December 9 â€“ 1156 metres reinforcing steel costing 1734 AZN. Second theft took place on December 12 â€“ there was stolen 1442 metres reinforcing steel costing 2163 AZN. The friends, inspired by successful operations, stole the reinforcing steel costing 2550 AZN as well as the other materials on December 17. The stolen material were sold in Bakuâ€™s Darnagul settlement and in Sumgayit.

The groupâ€™s fourth attempt was unfortunate. According to the district police investigator Sadagat Mammadov , the detained 5 friends are accused in thievery and sales of 22 tons reinforcing steels and other metal products costing 14000 AZN. The criminal case has been launched on the fact by Khizi region Police Department.
