It is impossible to break out fire via fire machines at southern foot of the Great Caucasus Mountain range, in north-west of Azerbaijan.

Shaki. Vugar Heydarov- APA. It is impossible to break out fire via fire machines at the southern foot of the Great Caucasus Mountain range, in the north-west of Azerbaijan, chief of Shaki Fire Fighting Unit, State Fire Fighting Service, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Zahir Aliyev told APA.

According to him, the fire was recorded in Bash Keldek and Bash Zeyzid villages of Shaki: â€œThe fire area is located at the height of 2 km. As it is impossible to the equipments achieve that place, we have to use fire extinguishersâ€.

Aliyev noted that, the fire covers approximately 10ha area in Bash Keldek village and 3-4 ha are in Bash Zeyzid village. Both local residents and the employees of Shaki, Gakh and Oguzâ€™s Departments for Forest Protection and Restoration voluntarily participate in fire extinguishing processes and Ministry of Emergency Situations State Firefighting Service also helps Shaki Fire Fighting Unit.
