Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy delegation visits Argentina  - <span style="color: red;">PHOTO

Baku – APA. The delegation of Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy visited Argentina with the support of Azerbaijan’s embassy in this country. ADA Communications Department told APA that the delegation included Fariz Ismailzade, Executive Vice Rector, Anar Valiyev, Assistant Professor Dean, School of Public and International Affairs and Tomás Gerbasio, Argentine alumni of ADA, Coordinator at the Office of International Affairs at Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy. The visit aims to develop relations with Argentina’s science and education centers and attend the seminar dedicated to the geopolitical situation in the Caspian region.

 

During the visit, ADA representatives met with rector and professor staff of La Plata State University, the University of El Salvador, the University of Belgrano, Santiago Sierra and Buenos Aires Institute of Techonologies and the National University of Rosario and agreed on the opportunities of cooperation with these educational institutions, steps to be taken towards the implementation of joint projects, including teacher and student exchange programs. La Plata State University and ADA signed a memorandum of understanding.

 

The delegations also participated in the seminar entitled “Geopolitical processes in the Caspian basin” jointly organized by the University of El Salvador, the University of Belgrano and La Plata State University.

 

ADA delegations also met with officials of the Argentine Foreign Ministry's National Foreign Service Institute (ISEN), Ministry of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation, including famous scientists on international relations, journalists, researchers and representatives of Argentina’s Foreign Ministry and exchanged views on Azerbaijan’s foreign policy priorities and role in the regional policy.
