At least five people were killed and 53 others injured in Russian strikes with guided aerial bombs on the Ukrainian cities of Zaporizhzhia and Pavlohrad, RBK-Ukraine reports.
Ivan Fedorov, Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, said that one of the three people killed in strikes on the city of Zaporizhzhia and the surrounding district was an 11-year-old girl. During the attack, an aerial bomb struck a residential building, destroying two floors of the five-storey building.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine said the girl's body was recovered from the rubble overnight. According to the information, 45 people were injured in the attack, including eight children.
In addition, the Russian army struck a multi-storey residential building in the city of Pavlohrad with a guided aerial bomb. According to the Regional Military Administration, two people were killed and eight others were injured in the attack. The injured included a one-year-old girl.
