The Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out overnight strikes targeting Russia's "shadow fleet", air defense systems and energy infrastructure in Crimea, the Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces' Telegram channel said, APA reports.
According to the statement, seven vessels belonging to Russia's "shadow fleet" – three tankers and four cargo ships – were hit in the Black and Azov seas.
At the same time, strikes were carried out on seven energy hubs and electrical substations located in Yalta, Morskoye, Privetnoye, Luchistoye and other settlements.
It was reported that six air defense elements located in the Russian settlements of Yeysk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk and Kamyshevatskaya were destroyed.
According to the Unmanned Systems Forces, operations conducted in the Crimea direction between July 1 and 20 resulted in strikes on 183 "shadow fleet" vessels (119 in the Sea of Azov and 64 in the Black Sea), the neutralization of 103 energy facilities, and the destruction of 25 air defense elements (12 surface-to-air missile systems, 12 radar systems and one electronic warfare system).
