Baku. Shamil Alibeyli - APA. The diplomatic relations between Hungary and Armenia have not been restored yet, Hungarian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Zsolt Csutora told APA.

Ambassador underlined that Hungary is a country of friendship and wants to establish equal relations with all.

“But no positive step has been taken yet. Suspension, disruption, restoration of the relations are determined through diplomatic channels,” he said.

Asked whether this has changed Hungary’s position on Nagorno Karabakh confrlict, Ambassador said Hungary’s position remains unchanged.

“We support Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity, believe that the conflict can be solved peacefully,” he said.

Commenting on the “black list” released by Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry and inclusion of a Hungarian journalist into the list, Zsolt Csutora said Hungarian Foreign Ministry regularly posts warning on its website saying that it is banned to travel to Nagorno Karabakh without Azerbaijan’s permission.

“When intending to travel to a certain country, the citizens should get information about the situation there,” he said.
