The ambassador said that the next meeting will be held in Baku in September.
The ambassador noted that unlike previous meetings, the work on the development of the convention accelerated after this meeting: “But it should be taken into consideration that it is difficult to reach a common ground among the Caspian littoral countries. Each of them has to go to some compromise, but it should not harm their national interests. Of course, this issue must be solved sooner or later. Azerbaijan and Iran are also interested in its solution soon as possible.”
