Baku – APA. Former Foreign Minister of Turkey and Spain Hikmet Cetin and Carlos Westendorp will visit Baku on May 6-8.
The State Committee on Work with Diaspora told APA that the aim of the visit is to attend the South Caucasus Forum.
Spanish diplomat is Secretary General of Club of Madrid, one of the organizers of the Forum. Composed of 92 members from 61 countries, the Club of Madrid is the forum of former Ministers and Heads of State and Government. Most of the Club members are expected to attend the South Caucasus Forum.
The South Caucasus Forum is organized by Nizami Ganjavi International Center and Club of Madrid with the support of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora. Incumbent Presidents and Prime Ministers, 400 international specialists from more than 60 countries, influential scientists and cultural figures will attend the Forum, along with former heads of state and government. The State Committee on Work with Diaspora, the Library of Alexandria, Foundation for Peace, “Nobel Oil” company and Global Leadership Council are the main partners of the forum.
