The letter says: “On behalf of the Azerbaijani people and on my own, I congratulate You and your people on the National Holiday - the Queen's Day. The current development of Azerbaijan-Netherlands relations raises pleasure. I’m sure that the relations between our countries will further develop basing on friendship and cooperation and contribute to our people’s welfare. On this historical day, I wish You robust health, happiness, tranquility and prosperity to friendly people of the Netherlands.”
