Azerbaijanâ€™s President receives OIC Secretary General

Ihsanoglu estimated the meeting of senior officials of the labor ministries of OIC member states organized by Azerbaijan in Baku as a good indicator of cooperation.

The Secretary General especially noted Azerbaijan’s role in developing cooperation among the OIC member states.

Touching on rapidly developing process in Azerbaijan, the Head of State noted the importance of increase of investments in Baku and other regions in the recent years. The President particularly underlined the importance of achievements in non-oil sector.

The Head of State expressed his confidence that the senior officials of the labor ministries of OIC member states in Baku will further contribute to enhancing cooperation among the member states.

They also expressed satisfaction with successful development of relations between Azerbaijan and OIC in all fields, noted the importance of active cooperation of Azerbaijan in all structures of this organization and exchanged views on further expansion of this cooperation.
