Then she visited the Alley of Martyrs and laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame Monument. First deputy speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Ziyafet Asgarov and Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloghlu accompanied Valentina Matvienko during the visit.
