Victoria Dementieva – APA. “The issue related to use of the Caspian Sea water area must be solved with the participation of all five Caspian littoral countriesâ€, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at the t briefing held jointly with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov in Baku, APA reports. He said that the acceleration of work on the development of the Convention for Legal Status of the Caspian Sea had special importance from this standpoint: “Foreign actors, especially the European Union will respect the decision of five Caspian littoral countriesâ€.
