APA reports quoting the website of the Foreign Ministry the congratulatory letter says that much work has been done together to strengthen foundation of the bilateral cooperation in a shot term.
“Today, Azerbaijan and Russia are strategic partners that have dialogue in political, socio-economic, humanitarian and other spheres, as well as successfully cooperate in regional and international formats. This wide partnership is the main factor of stability, peace and security in the Caspian and South Caucasus.â€
The letter says that bilateral documents signed between Azerbaijan and Russia in 1992-2012 were published on the occasion of the anniversary: “The legal basis established within 20 years was directed to the future. It provides favorable conditions for further use of the inexhaustible potential of Russia-Azerbaijan relations in various spheres.â€
