Azerbaijani and Lithuanian foreign ministers meet

APA reports that the ministers discussed the development of bilateral relations and settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

Mammadyarov said that more than 7 documents on various spheres would be signed in the near future. Azubalis underlined the high level Azerbaijan-Lithuania relations. He said Lithuanian Prime Minister is expected to visit Azerbaijan. He also underlined the Lithuaniaâ€™s interest in Azerbaijanâ€™s energy sphere. Azubalis said Lithuania as ready to construct compressed 3 bln-cubic meters gas terminal and the construction would be finished in 2014. He reminded that 55 Azerbaijani students are studying in Lithuania: â€œWe hope that the number of such students will increase in the futureâ€.

Azubalis expressed regret for the non-achievement of progress in the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict during Lithuaniaâ€™s OSCE chairmanship.
