Ganja. Aykhan Huseynov – APA. Head of the OSCE Office in Baku, Ambassador Koray Targay, who is on a visit to Gandja City of Azerbaijan, met the head of local executive power Elmar Veliyev. APA’s local bureau reports that after the meeting, Koray Targay told journalists: “This is my first visit to Gandja. Since my appointment to Azerbaijan I had no opportunity to visit the regions. We held useful meeting with the authorities of Gandja City. I gave general information to Elmar Alivev about the activity of the OSCE Office in Baku. Our Human Rights Resource Center is functioning in Gandja and we have no problem with thisâ€.
Head of the OSCE Office in Baku also held meetings in the Gandja City Main Police Office and Human Rights Resource Center. Koray Targay will also visit Shaki region of Azerbaijan.
