During the visit, Koray Targay will meet head of Ganja City executive office Elmar Valiyev and Chief of the Ganja City Main Police Office Rasim Musayev and visit the Human Rights Resource Center. The projects which will be realized in Ganja by OSCE Office in Baku and cooperation issues will be discussed at the meetings.
Resource Center was opened in 2009 through the OSCE. Such centers are also functioning in the other regions of the country.
