Baku – APA. Foreign Minister of Mexico Patricia Espinosa Cantellano sent a letter of congratulation to Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the United Mexican States, Foreign Ministry’s press service told APA.
In the letter Foreign Minister of Mexico underlines that the peoples of Mexico and Azerbaijan are improving bilateral relations, friendship and cooperation, high-level contacts between the two countries, mutual visits of the government representatives and cooperation projects create favorable conditions to enhance the bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
