Baku – APA. Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of congratulation to President of Ireland Michael Higgins on the occasion of St. Patrick’s Day, APA reports. The letter reads:
“Mr. President, on behalf of myself and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people I congratulate You and all your people on the national holiday of Ireland - St. Patrick’s Day. I hope Azerbaijan-Ireland relations will develop in the spirit of friendship and cooperation in the interests of our peoples. I express my best wishes to You, wish peace and prosperity to the people of Ireland.â€
