The use of this energy should be based on the rules of international lawâ€, said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov in his interview to German newspaper Die Welt, APA reports.
Speaking about Russia, Mammadyarov said that this country was not Azerbaijan’s opponent: “Both countries actively participate in energy sphere. We have good relations with Russia and the relations will continue also after the Vladimir Putin’s election to the president’s postâ€.
