Azerbaijani Ruling Party Deputy Chairman meets Silvio Berlusconi in Milan

Delegation led by Deputy Chairman and Executive Secretary of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP), Ali Ahmadov is on a visit to Italy at the invitation of Former Prime Minister of Italy, head of the â€œPopolo della Libertaâ€ party Silvio Berlusconi. APA reports quoting the website of YAP that during the meeting, on March 12, Ali Ahmadov met the head of â€œPopolo della Libertaâ€ party, one of the leading parties of the European Peopleâ€™s Party group, Silvio Berlusconi in Milan.

During the meeting, they exchanged view about the current state of Azerbaijan-Italy relations and the development perspectives of bilateral relations between YAP and â€œPopolo della Libertaâ€.

At the meeting, they also discussed the current state of the relations between European Peopleâ€™s Party and New Azerbaijan Party.

Members of the Azerbaijani Parliament, director of the YAP foreign relations department Asef Hajiyev and head of the Azerbaijan-Italy inter-parliamentary friendship group Azer Karimli participated at the meeting.
