Azerbaijani, Georgian presidents make joint press statements

President Ilham Aliyev said that the history of the two countries have many similarities. He noted that during the visit of the Georgian president once again have been discussed energy issues. â€œThese issues are already regulated. Cooperation in humanitarian sphere is at a very high level. This cooperation has a long history. Currently, the Azerbaijanis living in Georgia and Georgians living in Azerbaijan have a positive influence on the processes in the humanitarian sphere and in general, in all other areas. Their comfortable life in our countries, of course, is our task. I am very pleased that both Georgia and Azerbaijan in the problems of our compatriots are successfully resolved. This factor, of course, also resides on the agenda of bilateral relationsâ€, - he said.

The President stressed that the friendly and fraternal relations of Azerbaijan - it is a reality and a requirement today.

According to him, Georgia and Azerbaijan as two friendly and brotherly countries, and in the future years will be together.

"We support each other in all international organizations. This is a very sincere and substantial support. In all international organizations, we are voting for one another, again underlines the strategic importance of the Georgian-Azerbaijani relations. I can say that Azerbaijan will continue to support Georgia in all international organizations.
