He noted that Baku was already for negotiations and said that the opinion was taken before the discussions from Azerbaijani government on several documents: “Not all countries get ready for negotiations like Azerbaijanâ€.
Kobia said that it was impossible to express concrete opinion on the date of the end of the process: “Most of all it depends on political will. But I can say that Azerbaijani government approaches to this issue with great attention and initiativeâ€.
