Georgian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Teymuraz Sharashenidze told journalists that the visit would last for two days. Sharashenidze said Georgian President would pay the visit at the invitation of Azerbaijan.
“Such kinds of visits are regularly paid between the countries. This is one of them,†he said.
Ambassador said the program of the visit had not been confirmed yet, added that bilateral cooperation would be discussed during the meetings in Baku.
He said Saakashvili and Azerbaijani officials would exchange views on a number of issues, including economic.
