ADAâ€™s Executive Education Started Admissions to â€œCaspian Basin Studiesâ€ (CBS) Program

Baku â€“ APA. Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA) is now accepting applications to the new Certificate Program focusing on Azerbaijan and the Caspian Basin region offered for foreign diplomats already stationed in or expected to be posted to Azerbaijan in the near future. APA reports that a weeklong program offers intensive courses and interactive discussions with ADA faculty members and the representatives of private and public sectors. Deputy Foreign Ministers and high-ranking representatives from the Presidentâ€™s Administration, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan Republic (SOFAZ), Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the diplomatic corps are invited as guest speakers of the program.

The program offers lectures within the following modules: 1) history and culture; 2) politics and sociology; 3) economics; 4) foreign policy and security; 5) energy and environment. Upon completion of the program, the participants are given a certificate by the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy.
