Elmar Mammadyarov, Ahmet Davutoglu and Ali Akbar Salehi will discuss the issues related to the common interests of the three countries. They will also discuss the combating terrorism, organized crime, drug trafficking and human traffic.
The first meeting in this format was held in April last year in Urmia. Though the next meeting was scheduled to January 17, the meeting was postponed to February 21 due to death of founder and first president of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Rauf Denktash. But the meeting on February 21 was not held because of working schedules of the foreign ministers.
