Turkey will not establish bilateral relations with Armenia unless Azerbaijan’s Karabakh issue is settled, occupation of Azerbaijan’s territories endsâ€, Turkey’s Minister of Economy Zafer Caglayan told journalists in Tbilisi, APA’s Georgian bureau reports. He said that Turkey was decisive in its position: “We have common gladness and grief. Nobody will have enough power to break our friendship and brotherhood with Azerbaijan .Turkey will not move back in its position!â€.
