Baku creates Organizing Committee for hosting four games of UEFA Euro 2020

First Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov has been appointed chairman of the Organizing Committee, APA reported.

Rovnag Abdullayev, President of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan and operational manager for the holding in Baku of four games of UEFA Euro 2020, has been appointed deputy chairman of the Organizing Committee.

The execution of all the organizational work over the holding in Baku of four games of UEFA Euro 2020, and coordination with UEFA and the football federations of the 12 organizing countries of European Cup have been entrusted to the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan.

The Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan is due to work out a special action plan over the holding in Baku of four games of UEFA Euro 2020, present it to the Organizing Committee, and solve other necessary issues.
