Agasalim Mirjavadov: Jeyhun Sultanov should not be summoned to the national teamâ€

â€œJeyhun Sultanov is not prepared to play against Serbiaâ€, Azerbaijan team former coach Agasalim Mirjavadov was quoted as saying. Khazar-Lankaran club coach Mirjavadov said he did not expect that Jeyhun Sultanov will be included to the team for the match against Serbia. â€œJeyhun was given a rest in the country. Shahin Diniyev did not inform me of his plans on Jeyhun Sultanov. Jeyhun told me thatâ€.
Mirjavadov said as the footballer is not prepared it is not right to include him to the national team. Jeyhun seems to be ready to help Azeri team. I understand that our national team needs every possible help. But Sultanovâ€™s athletic form is more important thing. How can a footballer prepare for a match within three days? Moreover Serbia is a strong teamâ€.
Shain Diniyev returned to his original decision after the match against Portugal and offered Jeyhun Sultanov to compete against Serbia as Aslan Karimov, Emin Imamaliyev and Mahir Shukurov failed the head coach. /APA-Sport/
