Mahir Shukurov: If Diniyev sent me an invitation it means truce between us

â€œ I did not expect to receive invitation for the match with Georgia. The footballers to struggle against the national team were announced. Not being invited to the friendly match I decided to attend my clubâ€™s trainingsâ€, Inter club defender Mahir Shukurov told APA-Sport. Mahir Shukurov played for the national team during Carlos Albertoâ€™s time. 25- year old footballer is said to have problems with Shahin Diniyev.
â€œI had no problem with Shain Diniyev. There was little misunderstanding between Shahin Diniyev and me in the past. If he invited me I accept it as a sign of truce. I never lost my hope. He invited me to the national team which means his approval of my gameâ€. Mahir Shukurov said he is ready to rival with any footballer. â€œThe national team general staff is formed after preparation process. I will do my bets to book spot in the general staff. We still have to hold four official matches. The friendly match with Georgia gives me good chance to maintain my position in the national team. I intend to make maximum use of itâ€.
