AZN 5.4B invested in fixed capital in since early 2016

Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. In January-May 2016, AZN 5,388,800,000 was invested in Azerbaijan’s fixed capital from all financial sources.

State Statistical Committee told APA-Economics that 85.2% or AZN 4,591.1 mln of these funds were spent to construction of production facilities, 11.2% or AZN 601.5 mln to construction of objects on service areas, 3.6% or AZN 196.2 mln to construction of residential houses with the total area of 554,500 m².

22.7% f investments fell to share of state sector, 77.3% to share of non-state sector. 69.1% of investments went to construction works. 35.9% of funds made domestic funds.

AZN 4.249 bln of investments made funds of enterprises and organizations, AZN 464.3 mln bank loans, AZN 479.3 mln budget funds, AZN 45.7 mln off-budget funds, AZN 147.5 mln personal funds, AZN 3 mln other funds.

72.6% of investments in the fixed capital went to industry, 15% to construction, 6.5 % to transport and storehouses, 1.5% to state management and defence, compulsory social security, 1.2% to agriculture, forestry and fishery, 0.7% to information and communication, 0.6% to rendering administrative and auxiliary services, 0.5% to each of education and health, 0.3% to each of trade, education, recreation, entertainment and art, 0.1% to each of tourist accommodation and catering, professional, scientific and technical activity and etc.
