The debt includes government’s direct liabilities and indirect liabilities attracted under the state guarantee. 82.3% of the external public debt borrowed mainly from WB, Japan International Cooperation Agency, ADB, IDB, EBRD and other international financial organizations were spent to funding of different projects and 17.7% was borrowed through securities placed in the international financial markets.Â
