In January-September 2024, the gross domestic product worth USD 92 billion 829.5 million or 4.7% more than the corresponding period of the previous year was produced in Azerbaijan, APA-Economics reports citing State Statistics Committee.
According to the information, the added value in the oil and gas sector of the economy increased by 0.9%, and in the non-oil and gas sector by 7.1%.
37.1 percent of GDP production fell to shares of industry, 9.6% for trade, vehicle repair; 7.0 % for transport and warehousing, 6.4 % for agriculture, forestry and fishing, 6.3% construction, 2.4% for accommodation of tourists and catering, 1.8% for information and communication, 19.2% for other areas and net taxes on products and imports made up 10.2% of GDP.
GDP per capita was AZN 9102.9.
