A new appointment has been made at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), APA-Economics reports.
Tea Melikadze has been appointed EBRD Regional Head of Infrastructure for the Caucasus. She began performing her new duties in September.
Tea Melikadze previously served as Associate Director and Senior Banker in the EBRD’s Sustainable Infrastructure Group. She has more than 15 years of experience in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
At the EBRD, she has been responsible for project development and portfolio management in the areas of transport, water and wastewater management, as well as waste management in the Caucasus region. Tea Melikadze was also one of the experts involved in establishing the EBRD’s Green Cities programme.
It should be noted that Alkis Drakinos is the EBRD’s Regional Head for the Caucasus.
