Strategic currency reserves of Azerbaijan increased to USD 73 billion 493.4 million. This is the historical maximum indicator, APA-Economics reports.
According to the last published figures, USD 61 billion 697.6 million of the strategic currency reserves are the currency reserves of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ). USD 11 billion 795.8 million of this are the currency reserves of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, which have been increasing in recent times.
It should be noted that since the beginning of the year, Azerbaijan's strategic currency reserves have increased by 8.6 percent or USD 5 billion 810.7 million .
