Azerbaijan unveils budget revenues and expenditures over January

In January 2025, high indicators were recorded in the implementation of the state budget's revenues and expenditures, APA-Economics reports citing the Ministry of Finance.

In January, the state budget's revenues amounted to 4,051.4 million manats, which was AZN 91.3 million or 2.3% more than the monthly forecast. The revenues included AZN 2.259,9 million from the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, AZN 487,2 million from the State Customs Committee, AZN 3,3 million from the State Property Service, and a transfer of AZN 1.206,8 million from the State Oil Fund. Revenues from paid services provided by budget-financed organizations amounted to AZN 57,2 million, and other revenues totaled AZN 37 million.

Following the dynamics of the budget revenues, treasury authorities ensured the full and timely execution of all expenditure orders. Thus, in January, the state budget's expenditures amounted to AZN 2.339,6 million, which was AZN 12,5 million or 0,5 % more than the monthly forecast.

Thus, despite there being 18 official working days in January, the highest expenditure execution amount in recent years was recorded.
